This notice explains what enquiry information we collect, why we use it, who may process it, and how you can raise a privacy request.
Who operates this website
FactGuard AI is operated by Expert Connected Hong Kong Limited. The company is responsible for handling enquiries submitted through this site.

For business questions, use the enquiry form. For access, correction, deletion or other questions about your personal data, use the privacy-request form below. Please share only the minimum information needed for your question.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, reply email, optional organization and brief non-sensitive context. We also record a request identifier, submission time, the privacy-notice version you acknowledged and enquiry-handling status. There is no document-upload feature. Do not include confidential documents, credentials or sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss whether a pilot scope may be appropriate, manage follow-up and handle privacy requests. Submitting the form is not a newsletter signup, payment, pilot acceptance or automatic suitability decision.
Who may process it
Our managed hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website and store enquiries. Resend processes the permitted enquiry fields and request identifier to send a plain-text notification to the company's business inbox. Google Workspace processes the inbox copy. Application records are accessible only through the configured owner's protected account; the company also manages access to its business mailbox.
These providers may retain operational data under their own terms and privacy policies. This notice does not claim a particular processing region, security certification or exclusion from every provider processing practice.
Spam protection and sessions
Cloudflare Turnstile provides the spam-protection check and may process technical browser and device information. The application sends a verification token and random submission identifier for validation, not your form name, reply email, organization or enquiry context. The CAPTCHA token is not stored with your enquiry.
Owner sign-in uses authentication session cookies to protect administrative access. You do not need an account to submit an enquiry. The hosting platform's analytics feature is enabled and may process website-usage information under its own terms.
Retention and deletion
The enquiry-retention setting is 90 days. Retention review and deletion are handled manually, not by an automatic deletion schedule. Deleting an application record does not delete a copy in the business inbox or email provider; those copies must be handled separately. You may request earlier deletion through the privacy-request form.
Privacy requests
Use the form below to request access, correction, deletion or clarification about your enquiry data. Requests are reviewed manually, and we may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your record. The privacy-request form remains available when pilot intake is paused, provided the service and spam-protection check are available. You can also contact the company at the business correspondence address above.
